Ideal Conditions has over 40 electrical AND mechanical check points that are performed during each visit and a full report is provided to you! Checking key components of the system, such as capacitor and contractor readings, compressor start amps, and even a review of insulation and duct work, are all beneficial for us to have a complete understanding on how your system works. It would be impossible for us to do so with just a "21 point" review.
