HVAC Maintenance Contract

Not only is it important to perform bi-annual maintenance on your heating and cooling system, but it will help extend the life of your system and how well it performs as well! It only takes an average of two hours per system to perform maintenance.
Most companies only perform a “21 Point Inspection” on your heating and cooling system. Ideal Conditions has over 44 electrical AND mechanical check points that are performed during each visit and a full report is provided to you.
Checking key components of the system, such as capacitor and contractor readings, compressor start amps, and even a review of insulation and duct work, are all beneficial for us to have a complete understanding of how your system works.
Ideal Conditions strongly recommends preventative maintenance be done twice within the span of a 12-month period. The service should be performed while your system is in heat mode, and again in cool mode.
The results from each mode are different and it is estimated that 90% of all repairs come from neglected units.
