Ronald M came by for our maintenance visit. Polite, quick, even gave some advice on unneeded parts on my particular AC unit to reduce dust build up.
We have been with Ideal Conditions since we had a new system installed over 10 years ago. Our latest service call was on 01/22/2025, one of the coldest days ever in Jacksonville with freezing rain and even some light snow in parts. Our outside unit was literally encased in a block of ice and stopped running. Our service technician, Kevin, arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They always send a text message when they are on the way. He worked through all the diagnostics and even called Mike, the service manager, to get some issues clarified. We have been under a continuous maintenance agreement and receive two service visits per year. It’s a great investment in our HVAC system. As a veteran myself, we always try to support veteran owned businesses like Ideal Conditions. They are simply the best.

From start to finish everything Mike and his crew did a awesome job .If you are looking to put ductless ac in your home this is the place to come to .Pricing is competitive but realize these units save money The best way to zone your home .I would give this Company 10 stars but can't. I have used Ideal to do a few things to our AC their techs are honest and knowledgeable but yesterday I was blown away with Josh, he really went above and beyond with his customer service and work ethic. Refreshing to work with a company like this.
Review Updated on 1/3/2025:6/28/2021 - Todd was just here to do the scheduled maintenance on my A/C. He was great and knowledgeable and let me know that my A/C unit is in great shape. It’s definitely because of the work you all do to keep it running great. I’ll update again tomorrow after I have my ventilation ducts cleaned by your group, but I have the utmost confidence that whoever shows up to do that will be great as well. Thanks again for all you do.6/29/2021 - Mike and Jason were here to do the vent cleaning and they were awesome. Now the vents are clean and I’m hoping it will be a long time before having to do that again. Thanks again. I always appreciate the work you all do.1/4/2022 - Josh and Mike were just here taking care of my mini-split because it wasn't cooling. They fixed the coolant leak quickly and everything is back up and running again. I'm always happy that this company is around to keep my HVAC systems in tip-top shape. Thank you.7/11/2022 - Mike E. was here and verified the issue that Russell found and determined I needed a new evaporator coil due to the current one being rusted out and leaking. I am happy that was found and Mike was able to quickly order the new parts that were still under warranty. He also made sure that the A/C would keep me cool while they got the parts and scheduled the repair. Thank you.7/18/2022 - Chris was here and installed the new evaporator coil and got me back up and running. He even worked after hours and in the rain to get the job done. Definitely appreciate everyone for keeping my HVAC system happy during the heat of the summer. By the way, Tawanna, Nicole, and Lauren in the office are awesome as well and deserve just as much credit as the team in the field for getting all of this taken care of and keeping me one happy customer. They did great and all is well with my HVAC system again. I recently had my service completed, and I am consistently pleased with the staff. They maintain a high level of professionalism, take their time to explain the work that was done, and never pressure you into purchasing anything. Punctual, knowledgeable, and always tidy. Today, Damon provided service, and I was thoroughly impressed. We decided to install two surge protectors, which is a more cost-effective option than relying on JEA. Ideal Conditions has been servicing my unit for years. They are honest, trustworthy, kind, and prompt individuals. This visit I had tech, Chris Hand come out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, worked to get it repaired, triple checked his work, and ensured we were back up and running. He was professional and informative. He kept me updated throughout the entire repair. I highly recommended these guys for the great work they provide.

Scheduled our semi-annual system inspection/cleaning. Caleb, who has beed here before was professional as always. The inspection/cleaning was thorough and timely. Idea Conditions was also the company that performed the install severl years ago. Highly recommended.Updated review on 25 Nov 2024. Again, our service tech (Patrick) was outstanding. He was very thorough in checking and cleaning the entire HVAC system. He explained everything he was doing and why. Could not recommend any company to do a better job than Ideal Conditions.Another update. On 4 Dec 2024, Josh did a follow-up on the bi-annual maintenance service. Josh was great as he explained everything he was there for and answered all my questions. Again, this is my go to AC company.
UPDATE: Miro came out to the house today and did a full maintenance inspection and was outstanding! I had some issues with my AC and he was quick to diagnose the issue.I had an appointment today, and the technician Logan came to conduct the quarterly maintenance and he was great.I have been using Ideal Conditions now for about a year and every technician who has been sent to my house we been outstanding.
Josh and Caleb came out to install a new damper and air purifier, excellent professionalism was displayed by these gentleman. I appreciate their dedication to the job and customer satisfaction.

Excellent service from Sean Casey, he was upfront and honest with me, fixed my problem and told me I have years left on this unit. I would highly recommend Ideal Conditions! My AC stopped working, I had a well known company come out to fix it, only for it to have the same issue a month later. The company told me my unit wasn’t going to last much longer and I needed a new one, they gave me price quotes. I’m a single woman who doesn’t know much about AC’s and I feel they were taking advantage of my situation.
Ronald Monroe came out recently and took great care of my system. I always appreciate how professional & timely their technicians are. My former landlord used Ideal when I lived in her condo and was very impressed. A few years ago I used them to install a new system and not only do they do a fantastic job, they also regularly remind me about maintenance and advise me of potential issues to ensure I always stay cool. Great decision for my home. Highly recommend.
Ideal conditions is a reputable a/c company. I had them fully replace my unit in my condo in 2017 and use their service contract. The contract followed when I bought my house. I’ve had a few service calls with an older unit and since I had a contract I got a discount if I need repairs or my service call was free if it was after hours. Russell and then Ronald had serviced my unit in my house for me; both are very professional and very thorough with my unit. Loren is always very friendly and professional when I call to make an appointment. Everyone I have encountered with Ideal Conditions throughout the years have been very professional and I will continue to use them for my a/c maintenance.
We have experienced the best service from Ideal Conditions over any other air conditioner service company we have worked with! We have been loyal customers for years because of their professionalism, knowledge and quick responsiveness. I say they because I am referring to multiple people that I have interacted with over the years. Our previous unit lived its life and needed to be replaced. We had the new one installed by this company. It has been working great for years. The builder of the house made the access point to the attic very inconvenient in a closet. They built a much better access spot & it is works much better! We recommended Ideal Conditions when my parents-in-law needed a new unit & they have been loyal customers for years too!
Beginning of hurricane season, it was 95 degrees INSIDE my house. I thought my AC was completely broken. I called Ideal Solutions and Loren answered the phone. She was so understanding and so professional. She assured me she could have someone come out that same day and within 3 hours at that! She even called me with an ETA of the technician. Tom arrived within the timeframe the said and he went through every aspect of my outside unit as well as my 26 year old air handler. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand. He took time to explain it so I could understand and did not try to upswell me , instead he gave me a discount and 24 month written guarantee on their work. The scheduled the work for the next morning and they came exactly on time! Tom introduced me to the technician Kevin and the work began. My condenser fan motor was replaced, new capacitor and a complete pull and clean needed to be done and leak seal added. My old unit works fantastic now! Kevin, the tech was amazing and kind and explained everything I needed to know including how to properly flush my system with vinegar at least once a month. He also had to relocate a cooling pipe and add a piece so that I could easily get to it. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and it took quite a bit of time and labor about 5 hours but he didn’t complain he kept working. I’m so happy with the service Ideal Solutions provided me that i will only use them from now on. They are the real deal and from the office to the field, the staff are top notch. I highly recommend them for your air / heating needs. In fact Tom mentioned that indeed they do electrical work so you already know I will be calling Ideal Solutions for all my work. Thank you Kevin and Tom for such fine work. Even down to the mention of making sure my cats don’t escape from the door, y’all have a new customer for life!
