All of our pricing is flat-rate and quoted up front before any work begins — no surprises, no overtime, no hidden trip charges. Homeowner diagnostic visits are $49, the same rate any day, and the fee is waived when you authorize the repair. Commercial, landlord, and tenant diagnostic visits are $109. Comfort Club members get the $49 homeowner diagnostic waived and 10% off every repair.
