Can I combine multiple coupons on the same job?
One coupon per customer, per service call. Coupons can't be combined with each other except where explicitly noted — the maintenance-plan repair discount stacks with the military / senior discount; promotional financing offers do not.

Are coupons valid on commercial work?
Residential services only. Coupons are not valid on commercial accounts, new construction, or third-party warranty work. Commercial customers receive separate volume pricing — ask your account manager.

Can I redeem a coupon after the invoice is paid?
Coupons must be presented or mentioned at the time of booking or service. We can't apply a coupon retroactively after the invoice is paid — please ask up front so we can note it on the work order.

How does the homeowner diagnostic-with-repair work?
The $49 homeowner diagnostic fee — the same rate any day — is waived as soon as you authorize the recommended repair. Commercial, landlord, and tenant diagnostic visits are $109. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee covers the technician's visit and we'll provide a written quote for your records.
